  • Requesting tasks for websites, companies, or entities that you do not own, operate, or directly manage.

  • Assigning tasks related to third-party businesses, organizations, or individuals who are not your clients or directly tied to your subscription agreement with Personal Assistant IO.

2. Suspicious or Abnormal Use:

  • Unusually high task requests that exceed the typical usage of a single owner or business, or behavior inconsistent with reasonable use expectations.

  • Attempts to manipulate or circumvent task limits, service processes, or support protocols.

Permitted Use

Subject to this policy, Personal Assistant IO allows unlimited requests for administrative and technical tasks that fall within the scope of the subscribed service plan and are supported under our tools and service capabilities. These tasks will be implemented by our team following plan registration and setup.

Determination of Legitimate Use

Personal Assistant IO reserves the sole discretion to evaluate the legitimacy of usage patterns. In cases of unlawful, excessive, irregular, or otherwise prohibited use, we may take the following actions:

1. Notification:

  • Where feasible, Personal Assistant IO will notify you via email regarding any inappropriate use, offering an opportunity to rectify the behavior.

2. Suspension or Termination:

  • If inappropriate use persists or is deemed severe, Personal Assistant IO may suspend your subscription or terminate the agreement immediately.

Personal Assistant IO is not liable for the materials you provide as it pertains to license or trademark issues.

Indemnification

You agree not to directly or indirectly solicit or hire any Personal Assistant IO personnel during the term of your engagement and for a period of 12 months thereafter. In case of breach, Personal Assistant IO reserves the right to terminate services and seek damages.

Fees, Refunds, and No-Risk Purchase Guarantee

  • Fees are due in full prior to service delivery.

  • Refunds are available only within the 14-day trial period for new subscriptions with evidence of genuine service use.

  • No refunds are available beyond the trial period or for completed work under custom proposals.
